We have an opportunity for somebody to join a professional, dedicated and very motivated team.
Our achievements are due to complete dedication to our clients and providing a high level of customer service is paramount. Unlike many estate agents who outsource their progress chasing or don’t provide that service, we have a dedicated team of experienced sales progressors to ensure that every sale gets to completion as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
Main purpose of role:
Working within a busy sales team covering all client types and their property portfolios.
Speaking with sellers, buyers, estate agents, solicitors, financial advisors/lenders to push transactions through to exchange and completion.
Focus on excellent customer service and building good relationships with clients, solicitors and team members.
The successful applicant will have:
• Excellent Customer service
• Confident communication skills on all levels
• IT literate
• Work well within a team and as an individual
• Tenacious and enquiring mind with a “never give up” attitude
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process/housing market
• Knowledge of our professional Jupix Database Estate Agency system would be helpful but not essential
Normal weekly hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota basis.
