First Step Estate Agents have grown from strength to strength from when they started nearly 14 years ago. Since then David & Jules Taylor, First Step have donated over £65,000 to local causes as they both have a very strong ‘Giving Back’ ethos.
These donations have included hampers and gifts for raffle prizes as well as generous cheques for fundraising events. The team frequently loan their gazebos for local events such as the Arlesey Fete, Fairfield Park Lower School, Fete, Howard Garden Bowls.
First Step sponsor local schools such as Fairfield Park Lower School PTA, Henlow Middle School PTA, Etonbury School PTA, Roecroft Lower School and Arlesey Nursery.
During this year, First Step have supported Scout and Guide Groups, Arlesey Resource Centre, Garden House Hospice, to name but a few – providing raffle prizes. They also like to get involved with a “hands-on” approach, attending where possible.
They have also frequently donated to The Need Project a local charity to help provide food and necessary living items to help support local residents. First Step will be donating again shortly for the Christmas period.
There are also several sport groups and individuals who First Step currently support, including Stotfold FC Juniors, Letchworth Dance Steps Academy, & Fairfield Bowls Club.
First Step are proud that the young children of Stotfold FC Juniors are putting their energy into sport and are happy to support this by sponsoring their kits and other football items.
So, there is so much more to First Step than just selling and renting homes, something which they are very committed to, but they really do support the people that will be living in the homes they buy and rent.
The office at Waterloo Farm has so many lovely thank you cards from all the charities, groups, and happy customers and this means a great deal to them all. They love what they do, and they love to give back to the wider community who help them to be The No.1 Local Estate Agent.
