First Step has taken the 1st step and acquired our first of many eco-friendly VWID3 electric i3 series, currently exempt from the new Ultra Low Emissions Zone.
We have chosen cars which boast a 160-mile range, and an interior made of sustainable materials.
David Taylor says:
“Clearly as a nation we must do more to cut Co2 emissions, and we all have a role to play in that, including the property industry. The switch to electric cars was driven by the First Step staff, and feedback from tenants and buyers driven to properties has been very positive. They also very much like our commitment to Respecting our Local Community. We have had a busy year and look forward to growing our fleet in 2021.”
