First Step were proud to supply a large luxury hamper for a pamper/shopping evening for an incredible local charity, The Garden House Hospice. We were very happy to support their forthcoming raffle and clothing sale – event is taking place on 6th July 2019.
What Carly says: “My amazing mum spent 6 weeks and 2 days in the care of The Garden house hospice in letchworth. My family and I spent 24 hours a day 7 days a week there also. We were all made to feel at home as were our children. It was our home for that time and I cannot thank the staff enough for my mums care they are real life angels. I’d love to raise loads of money to say thank you from all of us. We have been to hell and back over the past 9 years watching Mum battle cancer but the comfort we felt at where we spent those last few weeks is hard to describe. In our darkest days we were still able to smile and that was down to the caring staff at The Garden House Hospice.”
