We have purchased several properties in the last two years through the team at First Step and they are a joy to do business with. Even though they represent the seller, the courtesy and service they extend to the buyer is second to none. We never have to chase them because they constantly keep us up to date with the transaction. This firm really knows how to do business the right way - first class service.

We purchased our first property through First Step at the end of last year. From the initial contact of booking a viewing to the day where we picked up the keys, we have had such a professional and personal service. After a previous offer fell through with a different estate agent we saw our house with First Step. After we called up, a viewing was booked and carried out with Sandie who made sure we knew exactly where we were going and arrived precisely on time for the appointment. Sandie was very polite and friendly during the viewing and whilst she showed us all the great features of the house, she was not pushy, allowed us to take our time in looking round and had a great knowledge of what the house had to offer (ie gas central heating, year of construction, cavity wall insulation etc). Sandie helped us to make an offer which was subsequently accepted. The area this estate agents exceeded all expectations is with the sales progression. Jemma was dealing with our transaction and we really felt that she had a personal touch in helping us get to completion. We had many hurdles with the mortgage application and whenever we found out any issues, Jemma almost always already knew as she kept excellent communication with the vendors, solicitors, mortgage broker and mortgage provider. We genuinely feel that had we seen this property with another estate agent that we wouldn't be living in it today. The entire team are 100% committed to their clients and provide a service which is second to none and we are truly thankful to them all. If you want to sell a house and have 100% confidence in the estate agent team which provide a professional, friendly, personal and transparent service look no further!

Jules at First Step, in my opinion, has to be one of the top Estate Agents. We have finally exchanged on our property, and although First Step wasn’t the agents acting on our behalf, Jules worked tirelessly for us to ensure that we purchased the house of our dreams through them, always on the end of the phone to answer any concerns, nothing was too much trouble and always went the extra mile.....an absolute credit to the industry. It was a marathon but we got there eventually! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

First Step are without question, the most interactive & professional Estate Agency that I have experienced throughout my 40+ yrs of home ownership. Ian, Emma & Kerry assisted us to relocate from Northamptonshire to Brington, Huntingdon. They were always attentive & responsive - and assisted my wife and I greatly, to 'tailor' our new home to our precise specification. No request was too small or 'inconvenient'.
