As an independent flexible Estate Agent our costs are kept low giving us a saving we happily pass onto our clients. Not having the overheads of a high street shop means we keep client friendly hours instead of shop hours. Take professional photos

David and a member of our team will visit your home to take professional photos, setting each room to make sure it is presented in the best possible way.


Finding the right buyer or tenant

We will carry out all viewings, 7 days a week and late evenings (as long as that fits in with your lifestyle). We will negotiate all offers on your behalf and keep you updated at every stage.


We hold your hand all the way to completion

You will be teamed up with an experienced team member dedicated to manage the progression of your sale making sure it moves quickly and smoothly to completion. They’ll keep your account updated, so you know exactly what’s happening, as it’s happening, and they’ll be on hand to help with any queries.
